Welcome to Festive Friday #0138 World Conservation Day

World Conservation Day is July 28th this year.  It is a day created to raise awareness about the importance of protecting our planet for future generations. It also inspires people to take action towards sustainable living. This day provides an opportunity for individuals, organizations, and governments to come together and make a difference.  Let's make a difference

Here is the Inspo List that is used to complete this Challenge.

The goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge  At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge.  If you want help entering, please email me at [email protected] and I’d be happy to help you!  Again, your entry doesn’t have to have anything to do with World Conservation Day.  I actually did something to do with this day. I actually made this card in my Now What Series.  I used Embossing Paste, Foliage and Animals.

Here is my card.  The supplies will be listed below.

The card has very easy measurements, but here they are for a quick reference.

Basic White Thick:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @  1/4"

Parakeet Party:   3 1/2" x 5", 1" x 3 1/4"

Basic White: 3 1/4" x 4 3/4", 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" for the stamped images and die cuts

New Monthly Christmas Card Club.

I have just added a new Monthly card club that last 5 months.  It is all about Christmas.  Come join me for 5 months of making cards for Christmas.  You will make 6 cards - 3 different designs and the cards will be using different stamp sets.  This is an in person class only.

Announcing my  Monthly Club Class for June:

Card Club for July will be  using the New and Coming Horse and Sleigh Bundle. .  It will be available as an In Person option (due to space this will be limited and will be by a first come first serve basis) or by mail or to go!  Each month I will focus on a bundle or stamp set.  Sign up for month to month or just the months you want to participate.

Club will include 3 cards with envelopes, 1/2 package of  the One Horse Open Sleigh  DSP, Adhesive Backed Snowflake Embellishments, 1/2 roll of each Colour of the Real Red And Burlap ribbon, and a PDF file for you to duplicate the cards if you wish.  You will use this DSP and these Embellishments to make your cards.

Cost:  $45 in Person or $50 Mailed

I have also added on another option for people attending in person.  You can choose at least $40 of product and receive the class for free

In person club will use my stamp set and ink.

By mail - you have the option to add on the stamp set or bundle or use your own.

In person class would normally  be held on the last Sunday of each month   10am to noon Pacific or 1-3pm Pacific.  (Masks may be mandatory as well as any other requirements mandated by the Provincial Health Officer)  I am requesting that you also be vaccinated.  Note there is an exception for  December due to the Holidays.

Kits will be mailed out around the 30th of the month.  If you subscribe for 6 consecutive months you will get a a choice of $25 in Product.

Your Creativity Awaits Kit Timelines

• The upcoming kit information including supplies needed will be announced by the 15th of the previous month
• Sign up must be done by the 2nd Sunday of the month
• Kits will be shipped and tutorials emailed out by the 4th Tuesday  (subject to unforeseen delays in the shipment of product from Stampin’ Up!)
