Festive Friday #0130 - International Children's Book Day Playing in the Rain © Stampin' Up! ®
Welcome to Festive Friday #130 -Internationals Children's Book Day
International Children's Book Day is celebrated April 1 this year. Since 1967, on or around Hans Christian Andersen's birthday, 2 April, International Children's Book Day (ICBD) is celebrated to inspire a love of reading and to call attention to children's books. What a great thing!
Here is the Insp List that is used to complete this Challenge.
The goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge. If you want help entering, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’d be happy to help you! Again, your entry doesn’t have to have anything to do with Children's Book Day. My card is actually an Easter card and has nothing to do with the day. The 3 items that I used were: Bright Colours, Alphabet Letters and Patterned Paper. Here is my card and the supply list can be found below.
I think the Playing in the Rain Bundle is perfect to make an Easter Card. This card was made during a live Youtube and Facebook and the measurements are listed, but here they are for easy reference.
