Spring, I can't wait.

Welcome to the Canada Inks Up Blog Hop.

We are a group of Canadian Stampin' Up! Demonstrators that Love  to Share What We Do.  Our Theme for this month is Spring.  If you live in some parts of Canada, it feels like spring is a long way off.  I probably have 1 foot of snow out in my backyard.  Spring is still a long way off, but the thought of it isn't.  Daffodils remind me so much of Spring.

The card that I am showing is one that I did for a Sketch Challenge, but also the layout was inspired by a card that I received in a swap by Lori Wilcox.  Where do you get your inspiration?  I can get it from the catalog, a Kleenex Box (yup even in the grocery stores), magazines with unrelated pictures, peoples clothing  and the list can go on.......

Even though the video and the Sketch shows the measurements, here are the measurements with colours for this card.

Evening Evergreen: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @ 4 1/4", 4" x 5 1/4"

Daffodil Delight: 1" x 5 1/4", 3" for circle

Basic White: 5/8" x 2 1/2" for sentiment, 2 3/4" circle, 3" x 4 1/4" for image
