Background Stamps Blog Hop - Festive Foliage

Welcome to the Background Stamps Blog Hop.

We are a group of Demonstrators that love to share what we do.  This is an interesting Blog Hop....  Background Stamps!  These stamps get easily overlooked in the Catalog.  I event think that the Festive Foliage stamp is even overlooked more!  It is in the Holidays section of the catalog.  I thought this would be a great stamp to use for the holidays, but I wanted to show more versatility of it.  I am making a Birthday Card with it.

Just 2 days ago, we did a hop using Heat Embossing......well I am continuing on with that theme as well.  I combined the two with my card today.  We are heat embossing on Vellum with the Background stamp.  This is also part of my Mystery Stamping as well.  You will be able to check that out in the video below.

Here is my card.  I will include the supplies below.

And you colour on the back of the vellum and it gives a real subtle look.  I believe the technique is also called stained glass.

Although the measurements are in the video, here they are for easy reference.

Soft Succulent: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @ 4 1/4"

Petal Pink: 4" x 5 1/4", 1" x 2 1/2"

Very Vanilla: 3" x 4 3/8", 3 3/4" x 5" for inside

Vellum: 3" x 4 3/8"
