Welcome to the Causally Crafting Blog Hop.
This Blog Hop is all about inspiring the relatively new or casual crafter who has not invested in a Die cutting machine yet! Stamping is my passion and I want to share with all levels of stampers. I always have to remember that I started long before any die cutting machine was available. This is really going to be a challenge for me because I love my Cut and Emboss machine and use it for ALMOST every project that I do, but then I remembered this really cool project that you can do and the effects are amazing. Or at least I think so.
I believe that a lot of people call this Triple Layer Stamping. I love the effect that you can get with using Stamps, Ink and Paper. Of course embellishments just add that little bit more. I have a video showing this simple, but effective technique.
I couldn't help using the Sand and Sea Suite. Here is my card. I will make sure to include the supplies below. Just a note, the Seaside Spray Cardstock will be retiring soon.
Measurements for this card:
Seaside Spray: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored @ 4 1/4"
Misty Moonlight: 4" x 5 1/4". 2 1/4" x 4 1/2", 2 1/2" x 2 1/2", 7/8" x 2 1/4"
Basic White: 3 3/4" x 5", 2" x 4 1/4", 2 1/4" x 2 1/4", 3/4" x 2".
So let's see how to make a card using this technique.
