Here is my card that can be made for that very special thank you.  It uses the Hydrangea Hill suite and the Hostess Set called Suite Sampler   This Suite is Amazing!!  I will put a supply list below.  If you don't have this suite, be sure to add it to your Wish List.

The measurements for this card are:

Gorgeous Grape: 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2" and 2 3/4"

Basic White:  2 @ 2 1/2" x 4"

Highland Heather: 1 1 /2" x 2 1/4"

Hydrangea Hill DSP: 2 @ 2 1/2" x 4"
