Kylie's International Highlights Blog Hop August 2020 - Thanks

I used one of new Favourite Stamp Set, Fancy Phrases.  When I first saw this set in the Annual Catalog, I just knew that I was going to use this technique.  I did this technique many years ago and I just love it and I hope you do too..  I will include a supply list below.

You really have to look at it carefully.  Here is a close up.  I have a video showing how to do it.
