Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop Dressed to Impress

Welcome to the Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop.  The theme this month is Anything But A Card.  For me that can be a difficult challenge, but I have a solution.  I will show my project with note cards in the video.  Seriously, have you checked out the Best Dressed Suite?  At first I thought that this was one Suite that I didn't really need.  NOT.  I just can't stop making things with it and especially the Die for the Purse.  So with it being Valentine's Day and all, I decided to make a purse that you could take to a Black Tie Event.  I will include a supply List Below.

Are Black Patent Purses even in Style?  No worries because today they are here.  

I used the Black foil to make this purse that I am using today a a treat holder and in the video, it can also double as a Note Card holder, 

Here is the Lipstick Element.

So from the purses you can also make Backpacks.  Those will be for another post on another day, coming soon.  I think this die would be adorable to use as a thing at a place setting for a team meeting or use at a kids birthday party using different paper.  The ideas are unlimited.

The measurements for the Black Foil Paper are:

 You will need 2 of 5 ½” x 4 3/4”, 1” x 6 1/8”,1 ¾” x 2”, ¾” x 3 ½”

Here is the video.  I found the Foil a little tricky to use so I did a video to show a trick when using this die with Foil.  You will learn some tricks to make these projects.  Also stay tuned to see the Note Cards.
