Christmas Cards made with traditional colours
01/02/2012
Happy New Year!!!
I forgot that I didn't schedule my post yesterday. I just got back from Calgary. As promised, I will take today and the next day to show all the Christmas cards that we did in my classes and Clubs. These ones were made with more Traditional colous than what I showed you the other day.
I am pleased with the way that this first card turned out. Lots of people have used the Pennant Punch to make the Christmas trees with the Pennant Parade Stamp set. I really like the tree in the Contempo Christmas Set. This set is so versatile and so reasonably priced. Check it out on page 33 in the 2011/2012 Idea Book and Catalogue. Here is my card.
Another card that we did was made with the Christmas Lodge. We also used the Designer Frames.
Colours used in this card Always Artichoke and Very Vanilla.
The third card here is also made with Always Artichoke and Very Vanilla and Cherry Cobbler.
It is made with the Pines and Pontsetta Set. We used markers to colour the Pine Cones. Notice the Cherry Cobbler Ribbon. I had hoped that they would have carried over this product but they didn't.
This was a fun card to make. We used the Blossom Builder Punch and the Merry and Type Stamp set in the Big Idea and Catalogue.
I must of taken a picture of the wrong card. I didn't mean Merry Season's Greetings, but I want to get this posted on my blog. Again we used the Cherry Cobbler ribbon. Hope you enjoyed seeing these cards. I will share a few more tomorrow.
'Til Later,
Diane
